A combination of increased volatility in customer requirements, regulation and market forces had stretched the bank’s capacity to deal with complexity to its limits. The challenge for the bank was to adapt to complexity rather than fear it, by adopting an agile and resilient approach to it.
We designed a tailored complexity lab in which delegates were able to learn strategies to enable them to handle complexity in a different way from normal.

Our client was eager to develop its leaders’ capability around innovation in order to remain competitive in a fast-moving industry. Its objective was to apply an innovation framework that would capture innovative ideas and allow these to be developed.
We designed an experiential innovation journey with the following elements: Sencing, Envisioning, Prototyping, Adopting, Embodying and Sustaining Innovation. Leaders on this journey were equipped with a pragmatic tool to apply back in their work environment
