Pete is a Business and Management Consultant, Executive Coach and a Designer and Deliverer of Executive Development Programmes.
Pete started his business career 28 years ago in marketing and sales management roles within the high technology sector, working for both large Corporates and SMEs. He then moved into the professional services sector, first as the Director of a major London Headhunter’s European Telecommunications practice; and subsequently as the MD of a HR consultancy business providing the design & delivery of high-volume assessment and development solutions.
Since 2002 Pete has provided Consultancy, Coaching and Development services to a wide range of Blue Chip and SME clients, typically focusing on business growth strategy, business transformation, culture change and creating leaders who can effectively communicate and deliver change.
Pete holds an MBA from Cranfield Business School, is a Graduate of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Grad CIPD), holds a Diploma in Marketing (DipM) from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Certified NLP Coach and a Certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and is qualified by the British Psychological Society in psychometric testing to levels A and B. Pete's Undergraduate Degree was a BSc(Hons) in The Physics of Electronics.
